We are a home based business, and do not have a store front, we cannot accept walk in customers or have customers pick up orders. Orders must ship through the mail, the above address is for mailing purposes only. Because i have very high security to protect my customers payment information, my system is not setup to take email or phone orders, and all orders must be placed on the website.
PEACOCK BIRDS ARE NOT HARMED IN THE COLLECTION OF OUR FEATHERS, THE FEATHERS ARE COLLECTED AFTER THE BIRDS NATURALLY DROP THEM DURING MOLTING.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit card payments, as well as PayPal. All credit and debit card payments are processed for us by PayPal's secure checkout, you do not need a PayPal account.

Orders usually ship out within 24 hours, with Friday and weekend orders shipping on Monday. Please allow time for your order to process, some orders may require an extra day to process before shipping. A short description of our shipping options are below, the website calculates shipping according to the weight of the order, most orders ship at the one or two pound rate. Charges for larger shipments are not listed but will be calculated and listed for you when you place your order. You will be able to review total costs before submitting your order for completion.

RETURN POLICY
You must authorize a return by email within 7 days of delivery of your order to qualify for a return. Shipping is not refunded unless it was an error by the company. Return shipping is at the customers expense, and refund will be for the material cost only. Items must be returned in unused undamaged condition. Returns must also be sent with a copy or original invoice that was sent with your order.
